The year 2022 was very interesting and full of positive emotions for our company. This year we had to make many important decisions, which we think changed the lives of many people for the better. During 365 days, not a single day went by without work, it was with this dedication that we achieved the corresponding result: 
• The construction of Block A was officially completed and taken over by the relevant service;
• The boundaries of the construction area were defined by a 6-meter high stone fence;
• Elevator shafts have been poured into the foundation of block B and are ready to go into active construction mode;
• Yard infrastructure and arrangement works are underway;
• In block A, the processes of separating walls and communications between apartments have started.
• We are preparing a showroom on the third floor so that you can see first-hand what your house will look like in a finished, renovated state;
• It is planned to negotiate the pre-renovation processes with the residents from spring;
Despite these and other successful actions, our main achievement is that in 2022 even more people call Galileo Batumi "my home".
