Current progress assessment:
According to the schedule, natural stone diorite cladding is underway on the exterior façade, in the complex courtyard, entrance halls, and elevator shafts, giving the complex a more natural and refined appearance.
Interior renovation works have begun in most apartments of Block A.
In Block B, the installation of inter-apartment partitions and corridor plastering is nearing completion.
The interior doors for Block B — equipped with smart locks — are currently in production.
The complex is in the final stage of full internet deployment, with a 100 Mbps fiber-optic network.
Ventilation and sewage system installation is actively in progress.
Aluminum façade glazing is being installed on Block B, marking the beginning of the final façade works.
Main communication systems (water, electricity, natural gas) will soon enter the design and distribution phase.
The surrounding area of the complex has been improved and beautified, with exotic plant species newly planted.
